(together with its subsidiaries, “KKR”), and Global Atlantic Financial Group (“Global Atlantic”) today announced their entrance into a strategic partnership. Japan Post Insurance will additionally make a material investment in a reinsurance co-investment vehicle sponsored by Global Atlantic.
