Blackstone, CVC set for $9bn Paysafe sale to SPAC, three years after £3bn buyout

Blackstone and CVC Partners are set to roughly triple their money after announcing the $9bn sale of payments company Paysafe to Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp II.
