Baring PE trumps Bain Capital with Nichiigakkan bid, values company at $1.37bn
Baring Private Equity has entered the fight to buy Japanese nursing home operator Nichiigakkan by trumping fellow buyout house Bain Capital's offer, valuing the business at $1.37bn.
