Warburg Pincus sells Service Logic to Leonard Green after extensive three-year buy-and-build
Warburg Pincus has agreed to sell commercial HVAC equipment maintenance and repair business Service Logic to fellow private equity player Leonard Green & Partners after three years in its portfolio.
