Private equity industry on track to approach $1trn in deal value, exit value and fundraising by year end – Bain & Co

The private equity industry is on track to post its best year with deal value, exit value and fund-raising all on pace to approach or cross $1tn by year end, according to the midyear report by Bain & Co. The industry will have tripled in size over the 10 years starting in 2011 if it would reach the target.
